Moment of Zen
I just discovered the show "Sunrise Earth" on Discovery HD. It's not really a show at all - it's just footage of natural surroundings as the sun comes up. It's really chill, and the images are fantastic. Great if you're lounging and listening to some Friday Chill Music.

Good question. I looked into it, and it appears it plays on Animal Planet at 7 AM - probably across timezones.
